This is going to surprise you, but there are ZERO setup costs! We’ve even made onboarding a cinch—you just need to provide a list of properties on a spreadsheet and upload your strata documents to the secure server space we provide. The rest is taken care of by our team to ensure your properties and documents are sorted in the proper order. Call us at 250-412-6595 to get started.
What are the ongoing monthly costs or annual costs?
For Property Managers, there are ZERO monthly or annual costs for using StrataPress. Instead, we generate revenue through a nominal access fee charged to anyone requesting the documents.
For Self-Managed Stratas, we have a couple of subscription options for you starting at $10 per unit, per year, on a 3-year term. The one-year subscription is $15 per unit per year. Not sure about the cost? In many cases, the sale of strata documents more than covers the subscription cost.
Can a self-managed strata corporation use StrataPress?
Absolutely! Self-managed Strata Corporations can archive and distribute important strata documents to your council and owners, and let us take care of the document sales. We collect payment and send you a sales report and cheque every month. It’s really that easy.

Is StrataPress easy to use? Is their training or support?
StrataPress is very intuitive and easy to use! New users requiring documents can create an account and place their first order in a matter of minutes. But if technology isn’t your thing, we offer live chat support on our website and helpful short videos on YouTube. For Strata Managers, we provide online training on request—we just need twenty minutes of your time to make you an expert. Contact us and we’ll arrange a time.
Where are our strata documents stored?
Right here in Canada, on our secure servers. StrataPress uses secure Microsoft Azure data centres located in Toronto and Montreal.
