With 15 years of experience as Strata Council President across three different Strata Corporations, Sean brings a deep understanding of strata governance. He’s also an award-winning software designer and Entrepreneur, with over two decades of experience leading large-scale digital projects for hundreds of companies across the globe. For the past 15 years, his focus has been on building smarter tools for the real estate industry in BC. His mission? Making strata life simpler for everyone.

Co-Founder & CTO

Paul is a senior programming specialist with a knack for building secure, scalable online platforms. With over 20 years of experience in real estate tech, fintech, and SaaS, he knows how to design systems that work in the real world. As a longtime Strata Council President himself, Paul understands first-hand what strata corporations need from their software—and builds exactly that.
